عصاره های گیاهی

عصاره‌های گیاهی به محصولات گیاهی با مولکول‌های بیولوژیکی کوچک و درشت مولکول‌ها به عنوان بدنه اصلی که به منظور جداسازی و خالص‌سازی یک یا چند ماده فعال در مواد خام گیاهی از طریق علم فیزیک، شیمی و بیولوژی تشکیل شده‌اند، اطلاق می‌شود.

عصاره های گیاهی مانند عصاره دانه انگور، عصاره پوست ماگنولیا، عصاره گوجه فرنگی، عصاره مرکبات، عصاره گیلاس، عصاره آلوئه ورا، عصاره جینکو بیلوبا، عصاره دانه قهوه سبز، عصاره eucommia ulmoides و سایر عصاره های گیاهی به طور گسترده مورد استفاده قرار گرفته اند. در تولید مواد گیاهی، افزودنی های غذایی، غذاهای کاربردی، مواد شیمیایی روزانه، آفت کش های گیاهی و داروهای دامپزشکی استفاده می شود.
